COVID-19 NOTICE: Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced Monday, March 30 that non-essential veterinary procedures will be temporarily restricted during the COVID-19 pandemic, starting Tuesday, March 31. Under executive order 2020-32, pet owners can still bring their pets in if it is deemed necessary by the vet to:
Nothing in this order shall be construed to prohibit any medically indicated vaccination of any animal. Nothing in this order alters any obligation of an owner of an animal to vaccinate their animal as required by law or regulation. In the meantime, all veterinarians and veterinary technicians are encouraged to practice telemedicine as much as possible. In light of this executive order, we are doing everything possible to limit possible exposure to the corona virus, for our clients and our staff and doctors. We ask for your patience with us as we work out the details. Our goal is to stay open and caring for patients as long as we possibly can.
To that end, we are limiting our hours of operation temporarily. Weekdays we will be open until 3 or 5pm, depending on patient needs, and we will be closed on Saturdays at least through the end of March. Any routine wellness care will be postponed for a month. For sick patients, we are scheduling a curbside drop off and pick up appointment. Your cat will get the same exam and the same care as always, but we are not going to schedule face to face appointments. All of us at Exclusively Cats Veterinary Hospital hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy these days! Thank you for your understanding! Be safe out there!
Our veterinarians and veterinary staff have been helping clients for 25 years. We serve clients from all over the southeastern Michigan region and the greater Detroit area, including Waterford, White Lake, Clarkston, West Bloomfield, Flint, and Brighton, MI. We even have patients living in northern Ohio and Windsor, Canada!
